Express shipping is available in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada and other countries for an additional charge.

Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We will ship your order via any of the major mail carriers to ensure timeliness, efficiency, and quality care.

Regard express shipping, we will ship your order by DHL, FedEx, UPS or other express.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

After receiving payment, it will take us 1-2 business days to process your purchase, and then we will provide a detailed CAD drawing of your copper range hood to get approval for production. Once we get your approval, we will start the production within 24 hours and finish it within 4-5 weeks, and the finished product photos will be sent to you for approval before shipping. Once we have shipped it out, we'll send you an email notification with tracking number. Normally, the lead time takes about 9-14 weeks.

Tracking Your Order
We will send your tracking number after the orders are processed and shipped out.

Package
All goods are shipped in reinforced Styrofoam, ½” Plywood crates for security and quality, as shown below. It’s a shame when a beautiful piece of craftsmanship is damaged by freight, so we go to every effort to prevent it from happening.
